Event Submissions for FallsCon 2026 are Open!

Thank you for your interest in running a game! FallsCon relies on generous volunteers to create and run events. These events can run less than an hour or be as large as a multi-day tournament.  You can require that players know the game beforehand, or welcome brand new players and teach them - details are up to you! So if you want to share your passion for a specific game or like to teach that game to others, consider submitting an event! If you are interested in running a TTRPG, Minis Event, Board Game learn to play, TCG Game, or Seminar please fill out our event application here and scroll down to Other Applications.

2026 Game Master Information

• If you host a game or volunteer for 8 or more hours you qualify for a free weekend badge.

• If your event has no one registered for it, you will still be expected to wait at your designated table for about 10 minutes in case attendees who didn’t sign up still want to play.

• If you receive a badge through this program and submit too few hours or cancel one of your events you will not receive a complimentary badge.  We will do our best to reach out to anyone who has not met the requirements prior to the deadline date.

• Please tidy your event space before you leave and to vacate it in advance of the next event so they may set up.
