Fallscon Child Policy 

Ages 0-5 (non school age)

Children under the age of 5 are not required to purchase a ticket, however they must be accompanied by their guardian at all times and are not eligible to sign up for events. If the child is creating a disruption you may be asked to step out on a case by case basis. 

Ages 5-13 (Elementary and Jr high Aged)

School aged children must purchase a ticket to attend. Children 13 and under must be in the same room as a supervising guardian at all times. If a child in this age group would like to participate in a sign up event, the guardian must also attend, however they do not have to participate. Not all games will be appropriate for children of this age level. 

Ages 14-17 (High School Aged)

Teens must purchase a ticket to attend. Teens may sign up for events without a guardian, however some events may be 18+ only and game masters may deny entry. Teens are expected to self monitor their behavior without the presence of a guardian, but will not be allowed in adult only events. 

All Ages

The safety and security of all minors falls solely on the responsibility of their  guardians. Fallscon and Nexus Gaming Lounge are not responsible for the actions of guests and patrons. Guardians are asked to remove minors who are showing any signs of illness (including but not limited to: feever, sneezing, coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, lice.)  Guardians are responsible for all damages caused by minors. It should be noted that not all events will be age appropriate for children. Any game runner may deny entry to a minor based on content of the game at any time.
